Staff Information
 Our physician and clinical staff include the following:4 orthopedic surgeons 2 primary care sports medicine physicians physician assistants (PAs) and registered nurses (RNs) Since 1993, Horizon Orthopedic, in conjunction with CCHS South Pointe Hospital, has offered a one-year sports medicine fellowship program for primary care physicians. These sports medicine fellows provide medical coverage to several area high schools.
